Your Personal Information

Adding/Updating Information
- Do you want to contribute your personal information to the site? What you do today, your spouse and kids, memories of UHS?
- When you go to your record do you see the state you live in (and is it right?) or ???? Do you see "On file" for your telephone number or ????
What about your correct email address? All of these can be updated with the form below.
- Please note: People shown are not necessarily graduates of Unionville. As I read through old yearbooks I'm showing people who attended in all grades. You can add your information here if you attended UHS at any time or worked here in any capacity.
- The form below allows you to
- submit your personal information in paragraph form, and
- update specific pieces of information, such as your address or email.
- You may see a listing showing someone you know as deceased (or not deceased) that is wrong. To correct that send an email to UHS66@UnionvilleHSAlumni.org. It will be helpful if you can give the ID of the record (the number that begins with an A).
- BUT, in this day and age we have to use some caution. To see the form and make updates you have to have a password. It's easy enough to get:
- Everyone has been assigned a password. The key is your email address. If I don't have your email address (you don't see it on the Alumni & Other page) send an email to UHS66@UnionvilleHSAlumni.org and tell me who you are (if it isn't obvious by a signature line in your email) and tell me if there are any other records you want to update (such as your parent). I'll add your email address to those record(s) and then you can:
- If your email address is listed on the Alumni & Others page you can get your password by submitting this form (and it will be emailed to you):
- If you know your password, just enter it in the form to the left, under the menu.
- Your password is good for your own record. It is also good if we have added it to another person's record as the source of information.
- You can add a new record (someone we've missed) without a password - but that entry will then be assigned a password and we must have your email address on file for you to be able to edit it again.
- Wrong email address on file? Contact UHS66@UnionvilleHSAlumni.org.
- Please: If you did not click the
icon next to the name of the person whose information you are adding - GO BACK AND DO THAT NOW. This allows us to put the information with the correct person in our records. The exception to this is if you're adding someone new - someone we've missed.
Photos
Yes, you can attach photos to your record. There are two possibilities:
- If the photo(s) are already on the web, perhaps on your personal web site, there is no limit to how many you can attach. Please
- List them one per line
- At the end of the "This is me today..." dialogue box
- List the complete URL to each photo, e.g., http://aol.com/mysite/WeddingPhoto.jpg
- They MUST be in one of three formats: .jpg, .gif or .png

- If you want to put the photo on the Unionville site, email it to UHS66@UnionvilleHSAlumni.org. See the note above about file formats.
- There is a limit of one photo per person emailed to us (but no limit if we are linking to your site on the web).
Help us keep abreast of what's current with you!
If the length of the information (e.g., your last name) is greater than the size of the box you are typing in - just keep typing. If you hit the limit of information we can accept the field will just stop accepting it.
