The first class graduated in 1925 - there were four graduates.

The last class graduated in 1972. The school was still there but the high school had consolidated with University High School and became the new Bloomington North High School.

No one is sure how many people spent time there in classes and graduation records are a bit sketchy, with people leaving and coming in their senior year, but some collective wisdom is the number of graduates is something over 4-500.

Like any experience, and especially those of our teen years, recollections differ and tend to mellow with age. I now recall my years there fondly but I don't kid myself: I spent a lot of my time looking forward to escaping school. Little did I know then that those were some really good years.
